“It’s room to sleep in. There’s nothing particularly special or exciting about the wink. Staff are happy to help the slight passive aggressive notes on the walls can be bit jarring. This is not what you would consider a “social” hostel either, very much a place to safely store bags and to sleep. It’s location is very useful too, not far from the hawkers centre, within walking distance of the Maria sands bay and most transport links.”

“Enkelt men bra hostel i Chinatown. Bra läge. Väldigt hårda sängar och litet rum. Vi hade rum med egen toalett, vilket vi var nöjda med. Enkel frukost ingick.”

“Decent hostel. Nice and fresh. Comfy beds even though they are made for short people. No social areas ( not even to make phone call) and bad breakfast with only low fibre toast and jam. ”

“When I went to check in the dude was nowhere to be found. I walked in and asked around until I found who worked there. The gentleman was in the back with no uniform and barely knew English. He then has me wait in the lobby for 5 minutes, maybe he was making my bed, I don’t know. When I got to my bed there was no towel so I told him and he said he’d get me one once they were out of the laundry. Upon my return that evening, there still was not a towel and I had to take a shower without one which...

“Staff very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and confortable. However the building where the hostal is located is not clean, the stairs need to be cleaned. ”
