“Château de Montautre is a castle full of history and character, making it a great place to stay for adults and children alike. Lucky to have an owner that is passionate about its restoration, bringing the chateau back to its glory days. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There are common areas provided to the guests for relaxation and entertainment. There are great outdoor areas for hiking, stars gazing at night or simply relaxing while looking into nature. We enjoyed a candlelight dinner...

“Great owner Pierre goes out of his way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Very adept at recommending local places of interest to visit nearby, and even gave me a personal tour of the property's wooded area Oh, and Pierre speaks a fantastic English as well as his native French. One small issue with the TV upon arrival that was easily resolved.”

“Excellent séjour dans un hôtel familial plein de charme. L'accueil était si chaleureux que nous avons pu profiter d'un apéro avec les propriétaires et les autres clients ! Les chambres ont été récemment rénovées avec soin. Il s'agit d'une ferme qui est toujours active, donc nous avons pu voir des poules, des paons, même des kangourous se promener dans le domaine, et le miel des abeilles de la ferme était servi avec le petit déjeuner. Merci à toute l'équipe et à très vite !”
