Very convenient for a visit both daytime the Castle as well as all the nice dinner restaurants.
Nice garden and pool. Breakfast had absolute everything you could ask for.

We only spent one night and did not have breakfast, so we canÂŽt comment on that, but all in all we had a great stay.

"Good hotel with a great location, Friendly staff, very good parking (secure) and an OK breakfast. The room was big and suites us well traveling 3 persons and a labrador. The bed was big and comfortable. New shower and bathroom. Just a 10 min walk to the Carcassonne old city. Can recommend it."
"We are returning guests. Maison Mignardise is a rare gem, that we can recommend to anyone. The property itself is beautiful and clean, and well located just a few minutes' walk from the medieval city, where there are many good restaurants.
In the common areas, there is a living room with balcony, with a view of the medieval city. Complimentary coffee and tea is provided (or one can purchase wine and local beer).
The beds are very comfortable, the rooms seem recently renovated, the water pressure in the shower is great, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. The breakfast can be enjoyed in the beautiful breakfast area, or outside in the garden adjacent to the pool.
The owner is truly amazing - very attentive and caring, with an eye for details.
We've traveled all over the world and have seldom seen a hotel that we truly cannot fault, and that is all thanks to the owner.

Hotellet börjar dock bli ganska slitet. Vi skulle snarare sÀga att det Àr trevligt familjehotell med 3 stjÀrnor men bagageservicen ger dem en fjÀrde stjÀrna: den Àr vÀrd vartenda öre!!
