“I would definitely stay with Claudio again! He went out of his way to accommodate my arrival time as well as assisting me to get to the airport at the end of my stay, very early, by navigating me through the city's water busses and having a taxi waiting for me at the drop off. He also was essential to help me through the city and had great recommendations provided for food, travel, and shopping. I could not have appreciated him more! “Toppen”

“Helt fantastisk vistelse. Lever upp till sina fem stjärnor. Professionell personal med glimten i ögat. Ett måste om man ska besöka Venedig!”

“The room was clean. It was a good size. We did not choose the canal view. Our view was of the back which was okay. The front desk staff Alvise and Vanni were helpful and kind. You can order drinks but no restaurant in the hotel but a short walk to a lot of restaurants. There is a rooftop to hang out. Hotel...

The staff also arranged a breakfast bag to go on my early check out, which is a sign of good service. I...
