“Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so...

“Our room was wonderfully cosy and beautifully decorated, with a spacious bunk bed that our kids absolutely loved—a rare and thoughtful touch compared to the usual double bed in family rooms. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional team. When my wife had a medical emergency, the staff went above and beyond: one kindly drove us to the hospital and stayed with me throughout to help translate, while another looked after our two children and kept them happily entertained. Their kindness,...

“A fantastic hotel experience in Vung Tau We had a wonderful stay at Vias Hotel in Vung Tau. The hotel offered a fantastic view, great comfort, and really nice rooms. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well thought out, and we experienced the service as very good from start to finish. What really stood out for us was the rooftop bar and rooftop pool. They were absolutely incredible. The view from there was magical, especially overlooking the sea and the city. It was the perfect place for...

“Crews are very kind. I am satisfied overall”

“館内清潔に保たれている。レストランも清潔。トイレの排水力はイマイチ。”

“Landscaping could be tidier, especially the dormant pools. Room color themes could be more cheerful. But the location and the sea makes up for all the minor shortcoming! Love it! Oh, food is great too, don't go around exploring as they serve better food at better prices.”

“This apartment is in the Mermaid Seaside Hotel building, but it is privately owned and not a part of the Hotel. If on check in, you go to reception, they will tell you “ it’s nothing to do with us ! “ If you have any mobility problems, then you should not book this .. it’s up on a steep incline, and then a further approx 20 steps before you can reach reception ! See photo from Street View The apartment is very dirty, and a danger hazard with plug sockets hanging off the walls, light switches...

“조용하고 깨끗하고 …청소하시는 분들도 친절하고 생각보다 괜찮음”

“Disappointing service that does not match the Pullman brand My family booked two rooms (2 adults and one 17-year-old) through Hotels.com, with payment upon arrival. After a very long and exhausting journey from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City, a delayed flight, and more than three hours in a taxi to Vung Tau, we arrived at the hotel expecting a professional and welcoming experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The reception staff was rude and unwelcoming. They initially prepared invoices...
