The house is great for families, my daughter loved the little upstairs bedroom. It’s very close to town so I walked to the coffee shop in the mornings. The owner was very responsive when we had a couple of questions. I’m hoping to go back in the winter and stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and a great overall experience. The property was comfortable, relaxing, and exactly what we needed for a getaway. The WiFi wasn’t working during our stay, but we had great cell service, so it really wasn’t an issue for us and we still had an amazing time. It actually gave us a nice chance to disconnect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

Ideal location--walkable to shops, food, and coffee. Locals are so kind and welcoming. Easy parking and very quiet. We will definitely return:) We have a large family, so this was perfect for us to enjoy each other but not go crazy in close quarters.

Great location, walking distance to down town, close to the mineral belt trail and easy to get to. Plenty of street parking available. It could have been cleaned a little better, there were some crumpled up rugs in the bathroom when we arrived, so not sure if that got cleaned. Overall it was pretty clean and had everything we needed. The door to the downstairs bathroom/bedroom did not close so we had to prop something against it to stay closed. The two bedrooms upstairs are joined so you have to walk through one to get to the next, that might be good for people to know.

Great location! Hot tub was a wonderful treat. Functional kitchen. Comfy beds and pillows. Plenty of towels, TP and kitchen/laundry necessities. Space heaters and radiator/stove made it challenging to keep house comfortable.

Host was good with communication and information needed. Bathroom showers were great. Property was as it was presented. We were glad to have the fenced back yard for our dog to go outside for a bit.

We loved this house! It was cozy and the perfect size for our family. The location was fantastic: right across the street from a park, and just a few steps from the Mineral Belt trail. Easy walking distance to Main Street. The fenced in back yard was a GAME CHANGER for traveling with our dog! Will definitely stay here again.

House was quirky and colorful, and 1 block from the downtown area. We found it perfect for our needs. We'll most likely stay in it again during our next visit.

Mountain time made easy!

Super convenient location, clear instructions, and prompt communication with host made this a breeze. Loved spending time in the heart of Leadville and ease of access to ski cooper! Plenty of room for our group, clean, and just what we needed for some good time in the mluntains.

Great Location, Plenty of room

We had 5 adults and the house had plenty of room for all of us. Pet-friendly, with a fenced in backyard. Walking distance to town.
