    Perfekt för familj eller par som vill ha mer utrymme. Nyligen ombyggda 3 sovrum, 1 badrums hus med fullt utrustat, öppet koncept kök, vardagsrum och TV-rum / häll. Få en god natts sömn i ett av 3 sovrum (1 drottning mästare, 2 rum med våningssängar (dubbel under tvåbäddsrum). Det finns ett komplett badrum med duschkar och alla sängkläder och handdukar. Hulen levereras komplett med en TV (kabel ingår), DVD-spelare och ett urval av spel och böcker. Det finns en stor trädgård med en gasgrill och på sommaren har vi bord och stolar tillgängliga för utomhusavkoppling. Om du inte kan lämna affärer bakom, erbjuder vi gratis trådlöst internet med hög hastighet. Gångavstånd till stan.

Excellent Choice

In town for Marathon and LT100 training camp. Several friends in and out over the week. Nice house, perfect for my needs. Less than 1/2 mile walk from downtown activities.

Really nice place to stay

Nice location with off-street parking (difficult to find in Leadville), in a quiet "newer" (1950?) neighborhood. Updated appliances, everything worked great. Enjoyed having the separate TV/work room. We were there for skiing, so being a bit North of central downtown made for an easy drive to the ski area. Definitely on our list of places to stay again.

Great place to stay in Leadville with family & friends for the Leadville Trail 100 run. Walking distance from downtown (Harrison Ave) and the house is perfectly appointed & comfortable for our 3 night stay.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

This house was perfect for my family of four. Great proximity to downtown shops / restaurants, Safeway, gas stations, and minutes from Ski Cooper. We couldn’t have asked for a better house and owner. Chandra was very welcoming and great at communicating! Hope to be back in the future!

perfect place to stay

The place was perfect for us (4 adult men on a climbing trip). It was clean, well stocked, and conveniently located in town. The owner was immediately responsive to questions and always pleasant and helpful. Best VRBO I've stayed at.

Perfect place to relax after skiing

My family stayed at this property for a week while skiing at Ski Cooper. Everything was perfect. The house was comfortable and had great updated kitchen and bathroom. The beds were comfortable too! The house was just a few minutes from restaurants and the grocery store. It was 15 minute drive to Cooper. Chandra was great to work with. I’ll be checking her listing for future trips.

Awesome little house

Great price and location. Mountain View’s from front door. Access to trailheads just a few miles. House was awesome though, very fit for a nice size family. All the amenities you need to start your experience minus your own groceries. Beautifully redone on the inside, quiet neighborhood, cable and Netflix, all the house needs is you. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this home for three nights and skied at Ski Cooper. It was a quick 10 minute drive to the slopes. Our kids enjoy the bunk beds and TV room.

Mountain View’s just outside the doors, beautiful clean house.

One of the best houses I have stayed in and in a town with a lot of history. Spacious accommodations and very well kept. Plenty to do in the area and I will differently return for another visit. Pack your bags because this was a home away from home.
