“We were very impressed with this house. It was clean & inviting. It had all the necessities and a cute coffee station. The giant deck was a great place to have our morning coffee. It was only a 5 minute drive to Arkansas Bend Park & Lake Travis. I would definitely stay here again!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in Texas for a family celebration of our oldest grandson's graduation from one of the Leander ISD high schools. The property was very convenient for getting to our son's home, the graduation venue, and good restaurants for family meals together. The location was one quiet street with a rural feel while still being a short drive from Cedar Park businesses. Other than check-in instructions, we did not have interactions with the owner - everything...

“Enjoyed our stay in this pretty little guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood (yet close to all amenities and shopping) in Austin. This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay while visiting our daughter. The bed was comfy, the decor was soothing, there was a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and everything was clean and peaceful. There was even a swinging chair. Loved it!”

“I absolutely loved my stay at the Modern Boho Guesthouse! The space was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment I walked in, it smelled fresh and clean, which made a great first impression. The location is fantastic—having a convenience store right next door and a breakfast spot just across the street made everything so easy. It’s also very pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me.The only things worth noting are a couple of details not mentioned in the listing....

“First of all the pictures do not do justice to this place. It is pretty new construction with upgraded fixtures. The location is a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and convenience stores and coffee shops within walking distance. Just minutes from downtown but yet far enough away. The person who manages the property is very responsive… within minutes. The owner lives on site but you wouldn’t know it unless you need help. I would love to rent this again.”

“Location was unbeatable. Easy parking. Easy access for Allendale and Brentwood. This is honestly almost the only positive aspect for this place. It is neither Boho nor a guest house, but a poorly maintained studio in disrepair and dirty.The towel rack in the shower is rusted over, as are the shower curtain rod and curtain rings. One of the bathroom lights is missing a cover and the inside and bare bulb is covered in some kind of grimy substance. The ceiling fan over the bed is missing a remote....
