“I booked last minute on a holiday weekend so took a bit for the host to get me setup with the GeoKey. If you are in the same position there is enough people traffic to get in the gate and the front door. Host was great!”

“I would’ve been helpful to know how many steps there were to get to the master bedroom, however until I booked it we didn’t realize that there were 3 flights of stairs! No TV in the master bedroom. It was very hard to get ahold of the host but once I called Evolve directly, he called me back. Won’t be renting here again.”

The unit had a strong mildew smell, and the baseboards were warped from previous water damage, indicating ongoing water issues. The pictures online did not match the actual condition.
