• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests at all times (including invited guests)

• Guests must be cautious of wildlife on property

• No unattended children outdoors due to wildlife activity



Other Things to Note

• Planned Area Maintenance: Please be aware that utility work is scheduled in the area from September 9 through October 30, 2026. Work is expected Monday through Thursday from approximately 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM and Fridays from 6:30 AM through the afternoon. During this time, you may experience some traffic delays and brief power interruptions. The highway will remain open and passable.

• Wildlife is common (including deer and bears)—secure all food and trash

• Mountain roads may be snowy or icy in winter—AWD/4WD recommended

• Seasonal weather changes can affect visibility and access

• Property is intentionally private with no nearby neighbors

• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability (fees may apply)

• ID verification and signed rental agreement required

• Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
