“This is a horrible place. The description is completely wrong! It says there is air conditioning and heating. NONE is true. There is a small battery operated fan. There is no power in this room, no water. Beds are super uncomfortable making noises in each move. Shared bathroom is a JOKE! There is one bathroom, for about 500 people. It is nasty and dirty. Expedia MUST remove this property or completely rewrite the description. Very misleading. This is basically a tent in a large campground...

The problem with the place is that, while you are in beautiful natural surroundings of the Suncadia Lodge, this property has a view of nothing, not even the parking lot. For what the owners want you to pay per night, you would expect a little more. You are in the Suncadia Lodge; it shouldn't feel like you are at a hotel next to a major airport. ”
