“This guest house is conveniently located on the north side of Indianapolis. I enjoyed being close to so many shops and restaurants. The house was just what I needed for myself, but it would be great for a couple too. The complimentary snacks and coffee were such a thoughtful touch. “I stayed a full week at this property while attending a conference on the Butler University campus, and am so glad I chose it over a hotel room! It is spacious, scrupulously clean and very private. The neighborhood is charming, and since the campus police department is just down the street, it is quite safe. I was able to walk to all my events on campus without worry, even the evening ones. “This place was perfect for my husband and I. Our grand daughter stayed one night on the pull out bed. The neighborhood is nice. Things were all remodeled. Plan to stay again on our next weekend visit to Indy. Hope it isn't already taken!”
