“The location was perfect for a quick getaway to the KY Bourbon Trail! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and even a quaint bourbon bar around the corner! You can hear the restaurant downstairs a little in the morning, but overall wasn’t a big deal. Was a great stay!”

Comfy bed, smallish bathroom, but adequate, exactly what you would expect in older building. All the amenities we needed w/ exception of a coffee pot, but good coffee avail across the street. Door in bedroom separates adjoining apartment and occasionally could hear neighbor, but honestly not a big issue. Would definitely stay here again!!”

“This spot was perfect for a quick Bourbon tour getaway for 4 of us. The property was exactly as shown on VRBO and had everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed the hot tub and the huge variety of games. The owner was super responsive to questions and requests.
