My husband needed assistance in the parking area, and a female employee came to assist us. Unfortunately, her attitude was extremely unpleasant. She was rude, impatient, and treated us in a way that made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
In addition, some of the employees at the front desk were not friendly or welcoming. We expected courteous, respectful, and professional service...
