“Enjoyed the facility it was very nice. I was a bit further away from the area of Elizabethton than I had thought. Other than the distance of drive to Elizabethton everything else was very enjoyable.”

“Our family enjoyed staying at Every Fisherman's Dream even though we aren't fisher-people. We relaxed, played football, did art work and my 15 yo tried fly fishing. He didn't catch anything, but had an amazing time trying. This was the perfect spot for us to enjoy some "us" time. It was also a great distance to everything we needed, including Emmanuel Seminary and Milligan College. Highly recommend this as a place to stay if visiting a student or coming for an event at the College.”

House was extremely spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and additional sleeping option in the sunroom We had great weather with beautiful scenery and sunsets Also enjoyed seeing and visiting the animals and fishing in the pond on the property We hope to be back soon!”

“Beautiful house and neighborhood. My only thoughts for improvement would be the sink facet was strange and no water pressure, no instructions on how to work the dish washer and we cooked breakfast two mornings in a row so we had to wash dishes with the facet messed up.”

“When viewing the property from outside driving up, it is shocking. Looks like an abandoned cabin. That’s for tax assessment purposes. Inside is immaculate! Clean, everything you could possibly need from the kitchen to the bathroom furnished. A super place to stay. Spotlessly cleaned. Great view of the city yet close. I will always try to return. ”

“The house was very clean, linens provided, and the kitchen has everything you need. There was plenty of space, we had 5 adults and 1 small dog. We put our boat in at Little Milligan, it was a short distance to the house. The house has a nice dock. The steps down to the dock are a little challenging, but my 83 year old parents made the trip several times a day. This was our 2nd stay in this home and we look forward to next year.”

“Location seemed a bit more remote than it actually was- which wasn’t a bad thing- the property itself is gorgeous, and the land is well maintained! The house was more spacious and accommodating than I and my family expected, and had many more amenities than most rental properties- which was a true blessing. The house was clean, although I agree with previous reviews that the sheets on the beds were very heavily fragranced. The rest of the house was clean, comfortable, and the location really was...

“The property sits perfectly tucked in the mountains. Wonderful scenery, we saw bald eagles perched enjoying morning coffee. The river being so close to the house makes for a very calming atmosphere. I would absolutely visit this property again.”
