I soon realised that the owners took personal control of guest relations when I requested extra warm bedding, it was delivered to my room by one of the co-owners, in person! “Really nice typical British pub/inn, definitely on the posh side. Checking in was easy and smooth, the staff was super friendly and also booked us a table in the restaurant. Room was clean and comfy, had everything you need. The restaurant was good, typical British food and good service.”

Taxi into Shrewsbury town was £10 and 15 - 20 minutes. The staff at the Riverside Inn are its greatest asset, polite, friendly, knowledgeable bout the local area, made time to chat and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. ”
