“We enjoyed our long weekend stay at Quiet home. We came in to visit family. It was spacious enough for wait we needed with central air in the hot summer. It was clean and comfortable. The location was close to plenty of food options and not far from shoppings centers and the mall. “Great place to stay. Clean. Safe. Host communicated well. Parking is private. I had no problems. WiFi password is all lowercase despite what is in listed in the app.Couches are couches, not futons from what I could tell. Thankfully my friends slept on them, not me haha.I would stay there again.”

“This property was the most nasty place i have ever been, there was blood on the floor on the walls. Blood on the outside of the property. It was in an unsafe area they were shooting. Rats were under the stove. I would not let my dog sleep there. When we called and complained they did nothing so we did not stay we left. It was shameful. The property manager was rude and disrespectful. This home is not safe!!!!!”
