When i arrived, they couldn't find my reservation but were eventually able to discover that it was sent to them for the wrong date and they were able to accommodate me.”

“Front desk was unattended at 6:30pm. Pretty sure we woke the employee up from a nap. Elevator needs repair. Front doors are not locked at night, and there's no obvious security. And the cleaning staff called us at 9:30am to ask when we'd be leaving. It was an off-putting experience across the board.”

“I have stayed at this location several times for business trips and the staff is always friendly and helpful but on this last trip they went above and beyond. Partcularly the night auditor and manager (sorry I forgot names) My work assignment got extended and the hotel was fully booked due to a hockey event but the night auditor continuously monitored for cancelations to be able to extend my booking.
