âSpacious comfortable room very convenient. Our sink had a terrible chip and crack across the whole bowl and no ability to plug the bowl either. We reported it to reception as we wanted to clarify it was like that when we took the room. The response was - yes we do know about that. â
âNo pets. I chose this hotel because they donât allow pets. Itâs clean and no bad smells. The room was very nice and a comfortable bed. I will stay here againâ

âIt was a good stay. Comfortable beds.
Room was not ready at check in even though it was after 3 PM, but it was a short wait.
Unfortunately, we received the room next to the breakfast area so we woke up early in the morsning. â
âTrevligt hotell med sevĂ€rdheter i nĂ€rheten. Bodde tvĂ„ nĂ€tter efter besök pĂ„ North rim Grand Canyon. Rent och frĂ€scht. Fanns inget wi-fi men dator fanns att lĂ„na i receptionen. Personalen var hjĂ€lpsam. Restaurang vid hotellet med bra mat och frukost.â

We came from Kanab, AZ after a few days stay to tour other canyons. This hotel had easy access from major roads. We were welcomed at our arrival by friendly staff, check in was very smooth. This hotel is clean & modern. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Breakfast prepared by the 2 gentlemen each morning was nicely prepared, hot foods and clean environment. âFirst of all, the booking said "View" but the view is for the hotel, not the room. After getting a room with a view of the hotel parking lot we complainef and got switched to a room with the actual view.
The hotel feels a bit outdated in general and the AC unit in our new room was so loud it was hard to fall asleep. The breakfast is a joke 1/10 seriously. Everything is served on one off products like paper plates, plastic forks and cups. No vegetables in sight basically only bread, some beans...
âThe only complaint was they donât give you enough towels or change the towels out, so we were struggling. Also the WiFi didnât work nor could we use the TV because of it. We had kayaked for hours and wanted to chill and watch a movie. We couldnât even scroll social media â
