“Nice, smaller apartment. Quick trip for our son to participate in the triathlon. Location was great - 1/2 mile from the Waterfront Park where the race was located. Also right down the street from local restaurants. No issues and the property was clean and well maintained.”

“The studio apartment was very efficient and truly met all our needs. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The only thing I would recommend is the transom windows would probably need to be frosted as well as the door. In addition, additional hooks or towel racks would be appreciated. And a toaster would’ve been nice. Otherwise it was great thank you so much.”

The guest house was spotlessly clean, had all the needed amenities for our two night stay, and is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood just a block away from the heart of downtown Winter Garden. If we had stayed longer we could have made better use of the beautiful full kitchen, full size washer and dryer, and the propane fire pit.
