“The yard was knee high and the neighborhood was not safe to walk the dog in”

“The property is PERFECT! We loved the location, the house, decor and backyard! The bedrooms were amazing. EVERYTHING was simply devine!”

“We really enjoyed Lazy Creek Cottage. It was the perfect weekend for our son’s Univ of SC and we loved staying in the Chapin/ Lake Murray area. The property was impeccably clean and the location idyllic overlooking the lake. We used the paddle boards and the hot tub. Jesse, the property manager was great. We would stay here again. “Helpful host!”

“The property was just as advertised & very comfortable! We felt very much at home there. The hosts were wonderful & we would absolutely stay there again & recommend to others!”

“The house is beautiful and the views stunning. It is very comfortable and spacious and the setting is quiet and peaceful. Overall for how much it costs the toilet paper and paper towels could be nicer, not trying to complain either just being completely real. I would have so much fun doing a remodel on this house the gorgeous potential it has.”

“The pictures of the house are heavily filtered. It says newly renovated but it is literally falling apart. The beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced as well. The walls have holes from what looks like someone trying to find a stud with a nail. The place was clean but the walls are stained. The biggest thing was the floor in the bathroom area was severely rotted to the point of falling through. I tried to contact the management company and got nothing but automated responses....

“Upon pulling into driveway, noticed a few wrecked cars in the yard, also about 20 bags of household garbage laying on the ground up against detached garage. Bought groceries to make meals in the home. Realized the first morning the kitchen was so covered in roaches that we had to throw all of groceries away and refused to use the house to eat in. Contacted host about bug problem, only to be told he Contacted the fumigator.I reached out a second time to once again be told"I've already contacted...
