“very poorly managed facility. they have a banquet hall and had a prom booked the night we stayed. they didn't tell us until we checked in and they said it wouldnt be too loud. it was extremely loud and we were on second floor directly above the hall. we were travelling with a 1 year old and baby couldn't sleep because all of the noise. we demanded a refund and left the hotel to find somewhere else. very inconsiderate and un professional. they could've told us prior to check in so we...

“This hotel was a good value for our one night stay compared to the other hotels in the same area that were more expensive. The staff were very friendly and checked in to see if we needed anything. There is a restaurant and bar onsite which was nice. The hotel needs an update as the decor is outdated but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Located close to Mohegan Sun Casino.”

“Very disappointing stay overall. The hotel looks completely different in person than it does in the pictures online. From the outside it seems acceptable, but inside the property felt extremely old, poorly maintained, and neglected. There were damaged walls, ceilings in bad condition, carpet coming loose in several areas creating a tripping hazard, and a strong unpleasant smell in the pool area that was very difficult to tolerate. “The entire place was disgusting. We had to change rooms because of stains and debris on the sheets. We were moved to a room with a massive crack in the mirror, a bathroom you had to stand in the tub in order to shut the door, smelled like wet cigarettes, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. Stains and mold on everything. It was so bad we left a day early and found a clean hotel nearby. ”
