âWe had a pleasant stay at Novotel Leicester as a family. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a great location for exploring the city. The only downside for me was breakfast which was quite limited.â
âA spacious room with comfortable bed, convenient kitchen and shower room. We upgraded on arrival to a superior room on arrival for a small fee which I think was worth it.
We would definitely stay here again if visiting Leicester.

I checked in online the evening before as the property does not have a recpetion.
We got there about 3pm and the PIN we were sent was wrong. Luckily a man was there who helped by phoning for us.
We were not informed of which room we had or how to access the key. Once again the man (sorry we do not know who he was) helped us - thank goodness.
The hotel was beautiful. The location was very centeral but quiet. A huge and very clean room really good and comfortable.

âTop notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay ÂŁ20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. â
