"Those Urban apartments are brilliant. The beds are comfortable, they're very roomy, there is fridge, freezer, tea and coffee making facilities, a big TV and a comfortable couch to sit on. The staff is very helpful but sometimes I wonder about their communication. They have a great option to opt out of house keeping in return for 5 euros per day that you can spend in the bars or restaurants, but the staff in the restaurants always seem very confused about it. There is a big poster downstairs about happy hour in the skybar between 16-18, but the staff in the bar didn't seem to know about it. The tour at 11 that you can do of the big Boeing in the garden is really well worth it. The guide is really good. I'll definitely stay here again."
