âFantastisch hotel met compleet keukentje en zeer goede ligging. Centrum op loopafstand, wat ideaal is. Parkeren was makkelijk in tegenover liggende q-park garage waarbij het hotel circa 50% korting gaf. Het enige minpuntje waar we naar moesten zoeken, was het kraantje in de badkamer. Zet hem iets te ver open en je bent opnieuw gedoucht. â

I came with the bus from Dublin airport and when the bus stops at the end station itâs just a 3 minute walk to Isaacs Hotel. Hotel were quiet and a chill atmosphere. It was excellent location,the friendly staff at the reception let me check in early and gave me a quiet room with a bath. really nice breakfast and restauranf. the only think was that they had a added a breakfast for two on my roomservice bill but theysorted it out with no hazzle at all. gave me good advice on what to do and seeâ

âWe stayed one night in a family suite. The room was lovely and spacious with an absolutely ginormous bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the extra seating area. A couple small items - we were there when it was quite hot, and although the room was equipped with an AC unit that blew air, it never actually cooled off. To be fair, I didn't figure this out until the middle of the night, so I didn't report it til checkout. If you're not from Ireland, fair warning that hotels...

"I stayed for one night only, during a business trip. I booked a room with a double bed, but was given a room with two single beds put together. I requested to change, explaining that I have a bad back, but was told that there were no rooms of that type available, and was told they canât do much for me, when the correct thing to do is to offer an upgrade where there is a double bed. Itâs absurd to have to sleep with two beds splitting up underneath oneâs back when one books a room with a king/queen bed.
I also requested to check out an hour later so I could go to the gym, given that my flight was late afternoon. I was abruptly told that they do not allow any late checkouts, despite the statement on the website of the hotel that informs guests that they always try to accommodate late checkouts, and guests should ask.
I travel roughly 150 days a year for work and can say that the service at the Dean Cork is rude, unfriendly, abrasive and just overall lousy.
Bed was cracking and springs could be felt. Cracks on tiles and walls and doors in the room.
