Vandrarhem i Lelepa Island

“Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. Both nights we were there, the person staying above our room took a shower around 4 a.m. We could hear the pipes loudly banging against each other inside the wall directly behind our heads, which woke us up. There were also ants in the room and no refrigerator. We asked if we could change our pillows, but they only had one type available, so we ended up sleeping with folded towels to try to make ourselves more comfortable. The casino...

“Arranging airport transfers via Expedia’s messaging portal was a failure. Hotel quoted a price via the portal that I confirmed, but no one showed up at the airport. Had to pay much more for a taxi. Hotel staff didn’t have an explanation as to why the transfer wasn’t scheduled. At check in I requested a return transfer be scheduled on my departure day. They took my flight info and said to just confirm it the day before. When I went the day before to confirm they had no record of my request. The...

“Extremt fint vatten och natur på ön. Bra pool områden, och massa aktiviteter. Dock väldigt slitet och extremt dyrt ”

“Personalen var trevlig men managern var HEMSK! Jag hade just fått alla mina saker bestulna och bokade därför online. När jag ska checka in säger managern att min bokning inte finns trots att pengar hade dragits... Slutade med att de fick betalt och jag fick byta sovplats. Boka inte här!!!”

“Beach was great, food was average, when we checked-in we didn't have water in our room for several hours. Staff was very friendly.”

“Very nice little resort on the outskirts of Port Vila. There are walking distance to most things in the town. The staff is very friendly, and you almost fell as part of their family. Sometimes it took a little time to get the food in the restaurant tough.”

“Beautiful beach views, staff were so helpful”

“Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with. The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who...

“Resort is undergoing some upgrades atm to cope with the expected influx of school holiday travelers, The rebuilt children's splash zone will be a treat once completed and the kitchen is in the process of being refit as well. Staff and management are great and a pleasure to communicate with. Prices for food and drinks are on par with town center so if you do not wish to travel there is that option, also there is a supermarket next door with ATM's on the outside of the building. If you wish to...

“This is an excellent resort for relaxing. We had a ocean front villa and loved it. It is worth the additional cost to be on the ocean as the second row does not have a view. ALso, it is fun to walk the long white sand beach at low tide and see all of the coral exposed and the fun aquatic life living in the pools. The staff was lovely, happy and helpful. A driver was arranged for us to tour the island and we recommend that. There are a lot of families so if you are not into kids in the...
