"Trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Hjälpsam när det hade krånglat till sig i min bokning. God frukost. Det är ett hotell som gör semestern så bra det går när det gäller hotellet."

"The hotel has a nice view from the terrace. That is what you’re paying for. The walls are paper thin. We stayed on the same floor as the reception and could hear every conversation that took place there, as well as when our neighbours talked. We directly asked to change to another room because of noise levels, but there was no opportunity. WiFi didn’t work at all for us. Had 0.2mbit every now and then. Reception said they are working on it. A 20 minute walk from the station to get there. If you don’t want to eat at their restaurant you’ll have to walk back to centre. "

"A very nice place, and unfortunately we noticed some negative reviews on the state of this old hotel, but it doesn’t affect the quality of the stay. Italy is old and perhaps not for everyone. Staff is kind and service very good. The spa and swimming pool are great bonuses. The location of the hotel by the lake shore is second to none. This is really good value for money. Adding to that the restaurant and bar are terrific. "

"Utmärkt läge mitt i Bellagio. Nära till kommunikationer, färjor och bussar. Många restauranger och butiker finns i närheten. Trevliga personal. Ett plus att frukosten ingår! Dock rummet var något slitet och sängen var hård. Överlag är vi ganska nöjda med vår vistelse där på hotellet. "

"Toppen ställe, toppen läge, känns genuint och rummen var modernt och stilrent renoverade. Bra gym, bra pool. Restaurangen hade som många andra restauranger numera ambitionen att få menyn att luta åt fine dining. Spännande men Inte helt självklart att alla delar passar in på den klassiska italienska meny, anti pasta, primi, secondi. Helt godkänd och utsikten helt fantastisk. Enda negativa, stolarna i inomhus matsalen hade fuskläder i sitsen. Hade gärna sett att man hade en hiss till, den enda som fanns var lite väl långsam."

"Läget var perfekt, byn så vacker, trevlig personal, god frukost, om jag ska hitta nåt ”fel” så är det att vi saknade kylskåp på rummet för att kunna ha kall dryck men annars perfekt. "

"I booked a more expensive room to get sun beds, pool and lake view….I got corner room with weary small view of the lake if we went around corner, And no sun beds. The booking fotos didn’t reflect the room we got. After complaining the staff did nothing at all. Cleaning is not top notch. Pool is not heated up, it’s swimming in ice water. They have a jacuzzi and you think nice…BUT it’s not nice because it’s in ice cold water… We will never go back."

"Nice facilities and concept with integrated parking. Friendly staff but a bit tired at check in. The luxury feeling got ruined totally by the fact that the hotel managers allowed a big group of youths from England taking over the lobby/restaurant with their ’party’ and bad behavior smoking at my dinner etc. A very non-luxury experience for the rest of us paying visitors. Had I known this situation and the reasoning of letting this group of people do whatever they wish, I would have selected another hotel"
