“The host was outstanding. I had slight trouble getting to my room because there are so many different keys you will have access to it was late and I was tired lol.) However, the host was one call away, and walked me through it! The room was spectacular, clean, and just like the pictures! The host was very thoughtful and provided us with a few snacks, sodas, waters, and toiletries which came in super handy. Overall 10/10 ”
