Hotell nära Leo Palace Country Club

“While the facility itself was decent, the room had a noticeable moldy smell, and the property overall felt pretty outdated and in need of some upkeep. Aside from the few events they hosted throughout the week, the place felt like a ghost town, with very little activity or atmosphere. On a positive note, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially at the front desk and in housekeeping. Despite its shortcomings, it was still a nice, quiet getaway and a relaxing escape from the...

“Every night our room smelled like bbq smoke. If you have issues with smell, bad air quality or allergies you will not like how the room smelled like bbq smoke. The staff was polite and we had no other issues with our hotel. We didn’t bring up the minor issue with the hotel staff since we are not sensitive to the smells and or air quality. Everything else was good or excellent.”

“Excellent stay. As many comment the rooms are bit old but it doesn’t matter because they’re very functional. The water dispenser always give you cold water is excellent. Charging via usb also available. All staff from pool to shop to reception very friendly.”

“excellent location, food & service. all staff were helpful most particularly the front desk.”

“Worth every dollar. I have stayed at this location on and off for over 20 years and I can say the new renovations tremendously improve the rooms and the overall location is generally accessible to many things you want to do in Guam. Tumon has the touristy spots while you are stoned throw from KMart, the mall, and a good steakhouse downstairs. Overall I recommend the location and the price is very reasonable for the room cleanliness and amenities. Only set back was that they didn’t provide any...

“It's in a good location walking distances to restaurants, groceries ATM McDonald's. Friendly staff as well.”
