“My hotel door opened up to (I’m not good with distance so I have no idea what I’m saying, but) essentially 100 steps from the beach🏖️. AMAZING, so cool! (Note this is a river beach, not an ocean—but still very beautiful & blissful.) definitely a diamond in a rough spot.
I parked my car right in front of my hotel door. Grabbed pizza to go just up the block (and there’s a nice grocery store just up the block for whatever other snacks you want!) there’s a mini fridge in the hotel.

“Best place to stay ever!!!! This place is a 10 out of 10!! Beautiful interior! The dock was excellent! We even caught 13 crabs!!! Internet was fast and accurate! Plenty of dishes and cookware! Beds were ao comfortable! Sooooo quiet! And, the eagle sat in a tree everyday! We will DEFINITELY be back! ”

“ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. ”
