Värdshus i Lerino station

"Unfortunately I forgot 200 eur cash in my hotel room. Even though i called them the day after and provided hard evidence on where i put it, and that its impossible to not have been found, they denied it completely and never offered much of help. I understand and pointed out to them that I fully understand this happens a lot in the hotel world, and probably that some guests lie about similar too, but when I explain to them how and why, and its 100% guaranteed i know where i put it, they still deny. Very sad because other than this they were very pleasant, good hotel and good staff. I simply believe one of the colleagues simply lied about finding it and the rest of the staff believed this person. I also understand its word against word, but what else than telling this can I possibly do? Its a fact. But its a part of life!"

"Ett fräscht hotell med mycket trevlig personal och god frukost. Ligger centralt med gångavstånd till tågstationen, vilket underlättade för oss. Vi gjorde ett par utfykter med tåg till bla Padua och Venedig. Fint badrum men lite halt på golvet. Vill verkligen rekommendera!"

"Resturang var stängd lördag och söndag under vår vistelse kan vara bra att veta inför resa. I ena rummet fungerade inte att justera AC så vi fick sova med tröja. Det var en man på hotellet som käkade på frukosten och lämnade tillbaka på buffén I gymet fanns ingen AC och var inte städat (naglar på marken) Vid poolen får du inte äta eller dricka "
