"Dear Hotel Management!!! I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below the standards that guests should reasonably expect. First, the staff displayed a highly unprofessional attitude, showing little to no sense of customer service. Their manner of communication gave the impression that we were not valued as paying guests, but rather as if we were staying free of charge. Furthermore, the room assigned to us was in an unacceptable condition. Not only was it unclean, but it was also not prepared by the official check-in time of 3:00 PM. When this issue was raised, the responsibility was simply shifted onto the housekeeping staff, with the explanation that they had “forgotten” to make the bed and clean the shower. Such an excuse is neither professional nor acceptable. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of quality and service one should expect from your establishment. I kindly request that you take this complaint seriously and ensure that corrective measures are taken to prevent similar situations in the future. Sincerely, Naim"

"Jättebra läge , nära till gågata med affärer och till eiffeltornet. Inomhuspool att svalka sig i. Bäddsoffan var dock stort minus, den var inte bra skick men som sagt allt annat bra."

"Väldigt fint hotell och nära till allt. Området är säkert. Jag är nöjd med personalen som jobbar på hotellet; de är väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Min son och jag är mycket nöjda med allt: hotellet och personalen. 💯"

"Stor lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt. Vi var fyra vuxna som hade gott om plats i dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa. Rent och snyggt, skönt med pentry. Nära till supermarket och mysiga kvarter med shopping, metro och restauranger. Och framför allt en fördel med närheten till Eiffeltornet! Tyst på rummet. Vi hade det väldigt bra här, skulle gärna komma tillbaka. Det enda minuset var att det ibland var lite kö till hissarna."

"We spent 4 nights as a family (kids age 8,6 and 2) at Yooma. Everyone loved the hotel and we 100% recommend it for families with kids. The service was outstanding, breakfast was great and the room was perfect with spacious loft beds for the kids and queen size bed for the grown ups. "
