“There was 4 of us in a 2 beds room and they charged me extra $40.00. There was only 2 towels in the room and when I requested extra towels, our request was ignored. Management is terrible. Weddings were not fresh and they reused bedsheets from previous guess. I really want a refund of my stay.”

“Checkout was indicated as 12:00 noon when the reservation was made online and stated as such on the receipt, but at checkin the front desk staff informed me that management had just changed it to 11:00 am! My itinerary was based on the noon checkout!! I was not happy as it affected my car rental plans!”

“I’m going to be honest, the property is a slob, rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and were not clean. The room was rented for 4 people and they only provided 2 towels to shower with. The room was listed as “comes with mini fridge”. No mini fridge was in the room. Another bad thing about it that annoyed me was that I booked this INN due to it stating that it had free shuttle bus that takes you too and from the airport.
