Garbage, ice maker didnt work refrigerator behind the ice maker was dirty. Not a nice site.

We were told to make sure to not smoke in this nonsmoking room. That's fine. We are nonsmokers. After being in the room for 15 minutes, we could not breathe as there seemed to be a cigarette smoke smell that became unbearable! We had to leave.

Excellent Customer Service
We had to book a room very last minute because our lock to get into our house did not work at 1:30 am. I accidentally booked a room for the wrong day but the lovely person working there was so kind and helped us change our reservation. It was a very short stay but the service was fantastic.

First off there was no lock on the door. Then the linens were dirty, the heater didn't work (we froze), the tub had mild along the edge, the plug didn't work and the toilet didn't flush.

Not so good
Smelly cold room, TV didn't work. Mold all around the bathtub. Changed rooms, smelled a little better but still cold. Tv worked but there was no coffee and no continental breakfast as advertised. Mold around that tub as well. I wouldn't stay there again. The staff was friendly though.

Cost-effective place to stay
Overall, our stay was quite adequate. We were only in the room to sleep and shower. There were times when there was a fair amount of road noise, but that was easily blocked by running the A/C. The A/C was quite a bit louder than optimal but did provide sufficient white noise to make sleeping reasonably easy.

My stay was pleasant enough. I asked for an early check in as I was supposed to be at the Tattoo Convention early and though they accommodated my request the manager made sure to mention she lost money not renting out my room the night before. It just made me uncomfortable.

I did not get anything that i paid for i am handicap they put me on the second floor no elevator Housekeeping came and changed sheets and put a stained dirty back on i will never recommend them or use them again

Unfortunately when you checked in there were no ground floor rooms available and as the hotel was fully booked we had no room available to move you to until the next day. We did not receive a special request for you asking for a ground floor. Please call us ahead directly for any special requests.

Not happy!
We had to put a chair in front of the door because there was not a security lock on the door. Not clean would not stay there again.

It is my understanding it is the dead bolt that was not working however the lock to the door did work. I will have refer this to maintenance to fix the issue. I am sorry you did not have the best experience.

Room was clean the hot water took a bit of time to get hot but represented no probem the street noise was evident but was to be expected, would book again if we came down in the off season as we stay in our rv during the summer

I am sorry this happened to you. If you had of contacted the front desk we could have fixed the problem. There is someone available 24 hours a day for situations like this.
