“Host did not respond to questions and concerns. Listing said sleeps 8 with 6 beds and only one king bed. Host would not let me cancel to get an appropriate room for 4 adults. 3 different people from Vrbo never responded regarding concerns either. ”

This accommodation is best suited for young people traveling with backpacks or duffle bags that can be thrown on the floor, as there are no dressers, tables etc on which to put luggage, and the large mirrored closet that is shown in the Expedia listing in one of the bedrooms is LOCKED…when I questioned it, I was informed it is only there for...

“Location, location, location! walkable to convention center & great restaurants downtown. The bed was incredibly comfy & the inclusion of 3 levels of firmness of pillows was amazing & very appreciated. Communication from beginning to end was proactive, professional & seamless. Looking forward to return trips. FYI - it’s an original downtown building so stairs to 2nd floor reflect that - just adds to the charm. TV is Google based so be sure to have your logins ready.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. It was a mother/daughter weekend for 6 of us. Property was great location to OSU and had plenty of room for us. We had trouble with the AC so it was hot one night, over 80 degrees inside, but they did have fans which helped. Other than that it was a great stay and I would absolutely stay here again!”

“Location was right in the city, and close to many shops and places to eat. Communicating with the host was amazing, they responded quickly to questions. Only thing missing was measuring cups and spoons for cooking. Other than that we had everything we needed!”

“Had a couple issues, however, it was in the middle of the worst snowstorm Columbus has ever seen. Every time they responded right away and fixed whatever the issue was. Even sent us some bomb ass cookies via doordash! Would definitely stay again!”

“The room we stayed in was not the room in the pictures on the listing. The building has a chemical smell to it and the apartment where we stayed was not clean. The host was not very responsive as I messaged her 3 times, called once and texted once about verifying our reservation and when we checked in, I again messaged her 3 times and texted her about needing shampoo and conditioner and also asked why the room was different then the room in the listing. She said she would have shampoo and...
