◘ TRAVEL INSURANCE – Highly recommended. No refunds for weather, illness, canceled plans, travel delays, jury duty, or events beyond our control.
◘ PARKING – Driveway fits 7 cars. No grass parking. Watch for pedestrians.
◘ GOLF SIMULATOR – Fun new amenity! Tech issues may happen; no refunds if down.
◘ PETS – No pets. Service animals welcome (per ADA).
◘ QUIET HOURS – 10 PM–7 AM. No parties or loud music. Guests pay any noise fines.
◘ SMOKING/DRINKING – No smoking/vaping anywhere. Responsible drinking indoors only.
◘ GUESTS – Only registered guests allowed. Max occupancy enforced.
◘ WIFI – High-speed internet provided. No cable TV.
◘ WILDLIFE – Deer & critters are common. Don’t feed or leave trash outside.
◘ TRASH – Pickup Friday. Roll bin out Thursday night.
◘ EV CHARGER – Free Level 2 charger; bring adapter if needed.
