“What a delightful home!! There were even bags of toiletries in each room. The kitchen had water, soda and popcorn available as well. The beds were extremely comfortable and we look forward to returning!”

“From the moment we entered this property, we knew we had chosen the best place for us to stay while in Lex. Awaiting us was a great welcome basket and fresh water in the fridge. Kathy's Place is clean and so very comfortable. We felt secure and cared for as guests. Austen communicates well and answered each question we had. Other amenities included a basket of local information and some nice personal care products. I mean, they even had a fresh sponge for the dishes and pods for the dishwasher....

“Adorable home, close to stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, huge backyard with a fire pit and nice location. Loved our one night stay and were very comfortable in this house! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for a short trip, a girls weekend or as a stop along the way to a further away destination. Great place and great fenced in yard. Comfy beds. ”

“Great for a long weekend away! We loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings- we could smell the mash from Buffalo Trace! The space was small, but had everything we needed. Within walking distance of several restaurants, and a great central point between many Kentucky distilleries. ”

“The place was everything it advertised and more! The location was very close to our event (JT Concert @ Rupp Arena), which made travel there and back much less troublesome. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. The condo provided everything necessary for our stay and we had more than enough room for everyone. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone traveling to this area!”

“This property was perfect for our family to stay during the Keeneland sale. Plenty of space for all 8 of us, great location close to downtown, restaurants and the grocery store. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was clean upon arrival. He even allowed our dog to stay and had a fenced in back yard for him to roam around in.
