Industrial art haus just 3 blocks to Rupp Arena, a short walk to Gatton Park & only one block from Jefferson Street, with lots of dining & drinking options! Less than 1 mile to the Distillery District. Our guests will enjoy covered parking, luxury bedding, 2 smart TVs, a well-stocked kitchen & commercial laundry with sleeping arrangements for 4 people (1 king bed & 1 sofa bed). Whether you're in town for a concert, Keeneland, a wedding, graduation or work - this art haus is the ideal getaway!

One of the best-kept secrets in Downtown Lexington! This contemporary loft community is conveniently located within walking distance to Central Bank Rupp Arena, UK, Transylvania University, the farmers market, the Distillery District & a block from the Legacy Trail for biking/walking to the Horsepark and the Town Branch Commons. There are a plethora of local bars, restaurants & entertainment within a few blocks: Blue Stallion Brewing, Distilled, Justin's House of Bourbon, Wine & Market, Blue Heron Steakhouse, Stella's Deli, Pies & Pints, Tony's Steakhouse, LexLive, West 6th Brewing, County Club + all the offerings in the Distillery District, to name just a few!

Great stay in Lexington! Communication with the host was excellent. The condo was exactly as described. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. And it was an easy walk to Rupp Areha for the basketball game. Covered parking was a nice bonus.

The property was as described. Very nice, plenty of room for us. The bed was very cozy which I do not see often when travelling. Everything was nice and clean. Would recommend to everyone and would definitely stay there again. Owners were quick to reply when needed. Conveniently located, nice parking area. Place to walk our dog. Enjoyed.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay in the historic district. We went on evening walks around the neighborhood admiring the homes, and easily walked to the downtown area. The condo was very clean, and had many thoughtful amenities. The bed, although very low to the ground was very comfortable, the sofa…not as much. Parking was very convenient to the complex. We would definitely stay here again!

25th anniversary celebration

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was a refreshing retreat when we finished our visits to the Distillery District and other ventures. Tacos at Agave and Rye we the best we have ever had. Great place and would totally recommend.

1 week in Lex

I stayed for a week. The covered parking was a plus as we had several bouts of rain. Walk to Rupp is fine. Area seems a but sketchy, a few lurkers on corner and side streets. Walls are a bit thin. Could hear Next door neighbor coughing ,belching alot plus his loud TV. Kitchen was fully stocked. Laundry was nice to wash all towels. A few minor repairs needed 1st day, such as hangers and batteries for tv remote. Mngr was very annoyed but took care of it all promptly. Lots of room to relax and feel comfortable.

We loved this little gem located so close to Rupp! Our family was here for the Boys Sweet 16, & our Lyon County Lyons!! Our condo was perfect very clean & bed was amazing! This would be my #1 pick to stay in Lexington!!

Lexington get away

Great spot in downtown Lexington. Close enough to walk to downtown for restaurants and shops. clean with everything we needed for our stay. Easy access to highways to hit some distilleries and the host left plenty of info for places to go.

Gem of a place

There aren't enough good things to say about the place and Shevawn. Shevawn was an amazing communicator and so sweet. The place was immaculate and so cool in person (pictures don't do it enough justice). The location is unbeatable and parking is so easy. You can walk to so many great places and we felt safe and fine doing so. We ubered a couple times because it was snowing and freezing and it was less than $6 to get anywhere. Will definitely stay here every time we come to Lexington.

I’m saying 5 Stars at least for the 5 things I loved!

#1 Location! We went to visit a concert at Rupp Arena and it was an easy walk. We also visited a few restaurants that also was a short walk and they are amazing. #2 Parking was super simple and convenient. #3 Communication with the owner. For some reason on my end I couldn’t receive the info I needed so I reached out to the owners and not only was they fast responding but also super courteous. #4 The rental has EVERYTHING you need! Well stocked kitchen if you are cooking but also something I don’t see a lot in VRBOs and that was a lot of extra kitchen appliances, close irons, shirt steamers… Even a small desk if you happen to bring work with you. #5 Very clean and looks newly remodeled. I have stayed in 25+ VRBOs and this is one of the top 3.

Great location & cute property

I was in town for a conference at the Central Bank Arena and this was the perfect location. Easily walkable and/or *very* short trip via Uber or Lyft. The condo has absolutely everything you need! I especially appreciated the full-size coffee pot and clothes steamer. :) Comfy bed, SUPER clean, and well-maintained property. The decor is as cute as the photos! The host was very responsive and accommodating when I needed an earlier check-in. I definitely recommend it and will keep it on my list for my next trip to Lexington. Thanks for a great stay!

UK visit

We had a great stay. We visited with our niece and nephew, who both go to UK. We toured the campus, hung out in Lexington. The condo was very nice, we would stay again. One little thing was thin walls you could hear the neighbors. It was in a great location, in walking distance to alot. Also it was clean and we loved the decor.

Graduation Weekend

Very fun condo in the perfect walkable location to Rupp Arena. Convenient to downtown and the university. Covered parking area. This place was a perfect “hone base” for our daughter’s graduation from UK. Hosts very quick to respond to our questions when the Vrbo app was on the fritz.

Great Property

We stayed in the loft for a girls trip to see Lizzo! It’s in an amazing location we walked everywhere. Loft was clean, well stocked with all the essentials, beds comfy (even pull out couch) and we really love the decor. My one feedback would be to have the ice maker on for guest.. we got there ready to have some beverages & had to drink them warm. Will definitely stay at the loft again!! Thanks for opening your home to us.
