“This apartment is perfect. Great quiet location, very green surrounding. We enjoyed it, a lot. The only thing i would suggest is that there is not enough space for a woman to place her toiletries in the bathroom. The owner could maybe, put some shelves. We saw also that this apartment must be very warm in the summertime as the window get hit by the afternoon sun. Otherwise everything was perfect. ”

“This downtown home was a great place to stay for my daughter's graduation at Rupp Arena which was only one block away! Home was spacious w all necessities including, sheets, towels, soap, shampoo & kerig coffee.”

“This condo is in a prime location if you are looking to walk to restaurants and bars. It's clean and fresh! Only drawback was we had some trouble with the key pads and code system intermittently which was frustrating at times. Overall a nice place to stay and would book again. ”

“We were in town for EKU graduatiin there were only 2 washcloths for 4 peoole. My parents said the guest bed was ok but not great. Also we could have used some better utensils for cooking. Great set up if you have dogs. Also great back yard soace with a grill. We will stay here again if we come back to town. ”
