Myself and my brother in laws came down to Lexington for a golf trip and this house was exactly what we were looking for. House was clean, fully stocked, and we each had our own space. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would certainly stay here again!

We were at the Kentucky horse park every day and the house and neighborhood are in the perfect location to be back and forth. Laura was responsive to all our needs. The property and house are clean and very welcoming. We enjoyed the stay and would book again for next year if we come back.

Perfect Spot for Lexington Weekend!

I can't say enough good things about this property! The location was perfect for anything in Lexington and easy to get ubers. There was also a Publix close by. The beds were comfy, and we really loved the ping pong table in the garage! I would definitely stay here again.

Great house & location

This house had everything we needed & more. Comfortable memory foam mattresses, well stocked kitchen (although we didn’t use anything other than Keurig). 2 full bathrooms & the shower off the master felt great. Nice back patio where I sat & enjoyed coffee & singing birds. Very quiet neighborhood. Check in & out easy peasy. Only needed to communicate with the owner for basic info for checking in/out but felt confident there would be no issues if I needed to communicate more frequently. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home and perfect stay!

This home is perfect! Extremely clean, very well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, large rooms and wonderfully comfortable. My only regret is that I didn’t find this house until my daughter’s senior graduation! We would have booked it for every stay the last four years if I had known. Don’t hesitate to book this home. You will not regret it!

Awesome house in Lexington

We flew out to Lexington for the Tyler Childers show and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The house is exactly as described…maybe better. It’s clean, comfortable and an easy drive to/from downtown or campus. Laura was a great host and made getting checked in/out super easy.I would definitely stay there again if I find myself in Lexington.

Keeneland Gem

We rented this VRBO during our trip to Keeneland. It was about 12 minutes away from the track. We went to dinner downtown and it was only 10 minutes away. The best option over getting 2 hotel rooms. The place had new LVP flooring. Everything was very clean. The hostess was very responsive to all my questions. She even let us stay longer than check-out time to accommodate our schedule.

Great space for families

UK Family Weekend

Excellent space for our family to stay. So much more comfortable than a hotel. We were able to hang out, save money on coffee/breakfast by eating at the house, but we’re close to restaurants, shopping, campus activities, etc. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. House is exactly as described. We will likely look for openings at this house for our future visits. I’ve never had a VRBO manager as quick to respond as this one. Appreciate this SO MUCH!
