Enjoy luxury in the bluegrass in this beautiful historic home located in one of Lexington’s most established historic neighborhoods. The central location puts you within miles of the University of Kentucky, Keeneland, amazing restaurants, shopping and attractions.

This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has been thoughtfully designed with King beds, custom linens, designer lighting, marble surfaces, top of the line appliances (Sub-Zero fridge and Wolf Range), beautiful hardwood floors, and quaint outdoor spaces.

This charming home full of modern amenities is sure to provide you with lasting memories during your stay!


First floor
Kitchen:
High end kitchen featuring marble surfaces , top of the line appliances with a Wolf gas range, Sub Zero refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher. It is stocked with all of the essentials for your cooking needs.
The sky light and large windows enable enjoyment of the boxwoods and green arbovites surrounding the back yard.

Living room:
Elegantly designed with custom drapes and floor to ceiling moulding. You will enjoy two wide sofas flanking a smart tv, a desk for your work needs, and a library filled with antique books and various others.

Dining :
Large seating area suitable for a fancy dinner party in or enjoying pizza around the table with friends!

Second floor

Master Bedroom: A plush king bed with lux sheets that are used/designed for 5 star spas. En-suite newly renovated marble bathroom with a walk-in shower and custom vanity. Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: King bed with the lux spa sheets described above. Smart TV.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds with lux spa sheets , Smart TV.

Full bathroom : newly renovated marble bathroom featuring a bathtub with a shower.

Attic:
Bedroom 4 : This is a very cozy and cute space featuring one full size bed and one twin bed. Be mindful of guest’s with height as the low ceilings contribute to the cozy feel! :)

Basement:
Additional living space with a leather sofa/loveseat, recliner and a game table with a smart TV. Enjoy the vintage classic games found in the book shelf. The laundry room adjoins this space with a washer and dryer.

Backyard:
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an evening under the string lights sitting at the outdoor dining space or patio furniture.

This was a lovely house that was perfect for six girlfriends on a three night get-a-way. It is very tastefully furnished with inside and outside gathering spaces that work well for a group. The sheets are marvelous and the location allowed easy access to fun restaurants, Keeneland and so on. We highly recommend you rent this house!

Golf Bourbon Trip to Lexington area

House is very lovely and well appointed, we enjoyed our stay there. Kate was exceptionally responsive to anything we needed. Only thing was difficult was the street traffic is pretty busy and it was difficult at times to back out of driveway onto main street. It was not noisy due to traffic, just difficult to backup

Exceptional in every way

Everything about this house exceeded expectations. The home is beautiful and every detail has been thoughtfully selected. It was spacious enough for our family to find peace and quiet, but also had multiple spaces for us to gather and connect. The kitchen was a dream to use, and our family really enjoyed the meals we had there. Our party included toddlers, school age children, teens, and 70 year olds. No matter the age, everybody enjoyed the house. The location is ideal for getting around Lexington, and was a quick drive to the airport, dining, and so many other attractions. The hosts were responsive and incredibly hospitable. They take care of their guests as much as they do their home. A stay at this home will not disappoint. I hope we will be back soon.

Gathering Spot

Our daughter was competing at the Kentucky Horse Park and the Historic Fairway Estate provided the perfect place for all her fans to gather and relax. The hosts were easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early as it was a hot week in Lexington. The interior is as pictured and is comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The outdoor space is lovely and several family members enjoyed it often. There was lots of space to spread out for an afternoon nap too. Thank you for creating a wonderful vacation home just a few miles south of downtown. We had a great week and our daughter and her horse even came home with a pretty ribbon!

Beautiful Historic Home!

The house was awesome! Great neighborhood. Location to everything we wanted to do was perfect. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking to book in the Lexington area. Kate, the owner checked on our stay while we were there, which I thought was very nice. Never had that happen before.

Fantastic Lexington Experience

This property is as beautiful as the pictures imply! Tastefully designed and decorated. The location could not have been more wonderful surrounded by gorgeous historic homes and tree-lined streets. Lovely for evening runners or walkers. It had EVERYTHING we needed to make for a very comfortable stay. The house had so much natural light! Our family enjoyed gathering in the kitchen, the kids hung out in the basement and played games, and the front living room was comfortable with many interesting books to explore. As out-of-state visitors, we enjoyed the Kentucky details throughout the house. There was plenty of space for our group of 8 (ranging in ages 12-81) to spread out when desired or gather together for dinner in the formal dining room. The beds, linens, towels…all beautiful. The hosts were lovely, very responsive, and had great recommendations for the area. I would love to go back. We felt this home enhanced our trip because we enjoyed it so much. This house is more than just a place to stay.

Beautifully renovated home with great touches

The home is in a great neighborhood area, very close to downtown, back yard is lovely with fun outdoor seating and lighting. Interiors have been beautifully renovated/updated, the kitchen is wonderful. Lots of space/rooms to gather and hang out and the basement area is very cool. AC worked great, bathrooms were beautiful and beds comfy. The owners have included lots of extra touches and details, and the home is very well appointed (hair dryers, bathroom amenities, large towels, local area info, games, laundry bins, extra blankets, plenty of hangers, etc). Definitely recommend this home for a stay in Lexington and we would absolutely stay here again.
