“Trevlig personal”

“Would stay at this hotel again. It was nice and great areas for the kids and adults to enjoy. The rooms were clean but very dark. We were only there for 2 nights but when house keeping came in they did not make our beds or empty the garbages just replaced towels and toilet paper, thought that was odd. Also the front desk staff is not overly pleasant or personable. But the hotel was great for what we needed.”

“The breakfast could have been better. I didn't see any fruit and there were limited items. Still better than nothing though. I had issues with the A/C / Heating unit but it was addressed by the desk clerk. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot for my shower. All in all, not a bad place for an overnight stay.”

“From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property is severely outdated and poorly maintained. The exterior alone raised concerns, with several individuals lingering around who appeared to be long-term occupants. Calling this place a “hotel” feels generous. Walking into the lobby, we were hit with a strong odor—a mix of stale smoke and something reminiscent of a nursing home. It was overwhelming and set the tone for what was to come. Despite the obvious red flags, we proceeded to check in....

“Room needed a lot of work. They evidently were remodeling so right now. Had no soap in bathroom to wash hands. No maid service while we were there. Bugs in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. Didn’t eat the breakfast as they told us there was only to go bags until they get their breakfast room remodeled. ”

“The room had a musty smell and the bathroom smelled of cigarettes. The people there are nice and helpful. Sadly, I lost some important possessions just as we moved our stuff in, and the circumstances around it was quite dodgy, to say the least. Due to that, we couldn't take our flight the next morning. I would be very careful about staying here. ”

“Vi tyckte om hotellet, pool och grönområdet i mitten av hotellet. Det är fina nyrenoverade stora rum och allmänna ytor. Frukostvärdinnan var fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam. Hon visade verkligen southern hospitality vilket tyvärr inte kan sägas om övrig personal. Frukosten var ibland riktigt bra med overnight oat, god bacon och färsk frukt men sett till hotellets standard i övrigt följer inte frukosten samma nivå inga pannkakor eller våfflor någon av de fyra dagarna vi bodde där vilket alla...

“We have stayed at this location for the past few years while we attend the Kentucky three day event. It is super convenient off 75, with restaurants, shopping, and gas. It’s a quick 10 minute trip to the Kentucky horse park, which makes it a great place to stay.”

“I’ve stayed in many hotels in the Lexington area over the last 25 years and this hotel was one of the best. Our room had two very comfortable queen beds with a separate sitting area with an L shaped couch. Despite being across from the elevator, I did not hear it and slept well. Very clean room with clean towels. I love that the vanity was outside the shower/toilet so that one person can be getting ready while another showered. The closet was large enough to hang clothes, as I prefer to do....
