âWe had an amazing stay at the Secret Courtyard Hotel. A lovely neighbourhood with friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious and the hotel had a calm atmosphere. Walking distance to the reed flute cave, and easy to take a taxi to city center. I can't recommend it enough. â

The hotel offer much value for the price level. In addition the hotel also offers a generous breakfast buffet.
The hotelâs interior is modern and cozy, but as the price can tell it is a budget hotel so cannot expect a 5 star standard. Cleaning is done well but around some corners, especially in bathroom you will find water damaged marks on the walls.

âWe could not have been happier! The hotel is beautiful - stunningly beautiful!!! The buffet is delicious with ample variety. The room was clean and ready for us upon our arrival. Check in and check out was easy and efficient. We would definitely book this hotel again!!!â

âThe customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (ć°ćš) and Ting Ting (äșäș). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them.
The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night. â
âThe area around the property did not look good, but the property itself was very clean and nice. The staff were great and the food was even better. I did not like that they didnât specify in their cite that their pool are is not finished and that construction is still ongoing.â
