“We stayed only one night and had a function to go to so we weren't there much, and had to leave at 8:00 AM. We asked for a quiet room since we are light sleepers-and were pleased that the room was quiet. The carpet one the stairs and hallway was worn and didn't look as though it hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. In our room there was a candy wrapper on the floor between the bed and nightstand and more wrappers in the drawer of the nightstand, which made us wonder if how much attention was...

“It is not easy looking for a room to fit a family of 6 but the room was perfect for us. I loved it had a pool for the kids hot tub for parents. Breakfast was great. Staff was super helpful when I needed anything. The most Important thing to me is that it was clean! It was beautiful inside and looked new.”

“This was definitely a bargain. This Comfort Inn location is clean, well maintained and comfortable. I stayed with my dog and she was just as happy with the place (She has been very nervous on this road trip). Absolutely will be staying again if I overnight in Spokane again.”

“The staff were fighting at the front desk so it took over 10 minutes to check in. Literally arguing in front of us at customers.”

“The linen smelled- like it was forgotten in the washer. I had to sleep on the towel due to the smell. The room itself was musty also like it had a flood. The room was in the midst of small remodel. It was appreciated but a deep clean in the tiles are needed. Heavy traffic areas in the bathroom, are we are showering. The floor just felt dirty to step on. Shower was new and good water pressure. What happened to the breakfast?”

“Everything was clean and well kept. The staff were very kind and helpful. The only negatives to our stay was the breakfast and the uncomfortable beds. Besides that everything was top notch.”

“Great place for families. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite, did not get the 2 bedroom suite, instead was given 2, 1-bedroom suites. Great staff, clean pools and free breakfast!”

“I don't understand why they would have a kitchen facility without any pots, pans, plates and utensils. Are you so worried that guests will steal them? You could have a fee for guests to rent what they need for their stay and wash them up before they leave. Having the large fridge and freezer was great seeing we had food with us in a cooler. But we couldn't fix anything.”

“I just extended our stay here. It's clean, quiet, helpful staff. Denny's for breakfast is definitely a plus. Only down side is no elevator. On the plus side, grandson is learning to navigate steps.”
