“The house was listed as electric property which it could’ve been. However the pool area was disgusting. All the furniture was old. You couldn’t even sit on it. I never use that section. The kitchen was fine however, coffee makers didn’t work and the table would decide for children. I don’t know what they were thinking about that. They did have a lovely dining room area where I didn’t use that considering I was here by myself there weren’t enough towels in the master bedroom. I did find extra...

“Negatives: The check in process was very tedious. Filling out a lengthy agreement, sending my license, a selfie, and deposit. The host was impersonal-no name, just “Your host” Lots of rules about parties and quiet hours (must sign an agreement), taking a picture of the key once it’s in the lock box at checkout, taking the trash out.
The walk from the apartment to State Farm stadium is about 22 min. The powdered creamer on the counter, the pepper, and the canola oil (not sure who still uses this...

“Property Manager are awful to communicate with. Within the first 30mins, we found blood on pillows and wall. Multiple items were broken. I don't recommend this to place. Vents were so dirty, dust was falling on the floor. Oh let me not forget garage is broken so you have to walk to get to the front door. Which is not close to the townhome.”

“Finding the apartment took a little while, nice clean apartment. Only bad thing about the 3 day stay was another tenant would leave their dog on their patio all day, and it was outside my balcony in next set of apartments, and the noise was horrible. I stayed gone so I didn’t have to listen to it. Property Management should surely do something about it.”

“The apartment’s amenities were excellent and very well thought out. I appreciate that items that usually wouldn’t be in a hotel were stocked at this property (full sized garbage, plates, utensils, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry in unit, etc.)
I didn’t realize that the property did not have elevators until check in. It was an inconvenience concerning luggage, and I would’ve packed lighter if I knew that the unit was upstairs with no elevator access.
There was a strong marijuana odor in...

“We booked this place -- and paid for it 100% -- about six weeks prior to our trip to Buckeye, AZ. On the day we were to check in, I tried to get the code we needed to unlock our unit. I was told our reservation had been canceled for lack fo payment. When we protested, the (presumed) owner was not only unhelpful and uninterested, but rude in the extreme. This was undoubtedly the WORST experience on a vacation trip we have ever experienced. I hope this gets published (but doubt it) to save you...

“Apartment building says its luxury, far from it. The building hallways and stairwell extremely dirty. The apartment itself was okay. Floors were swept but sticky spots in kitchen and master bedroom so definitely had not been mopped. Cheetos found on floor in 2nd bedroom. Beds are memory foam and very hard. Both bathroom sinks do not have screen covers on faucet spouts. Mentioned previously in reviews and still not fixed. Impossible to wash hands, face or brush teeth without getting soaked. Water...

“This spot was like a "mother-in-law suit" attached to the host's home. It was clean and comfortable. The the host was kind and responsive and also sold amizon out of their garage. The home was located in a nice gated community with several playgrounds and many walking paths..”
