“The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean & well stocked. They have plenty of beach supplies but I opted to pay 10 for a comfy beach chaise. The host is very responsive. The sunset view is spectacular. Grab a glass of wine (and they have wine glasses) and enjoy.”

Local restaurants and store nearby, all the essentials within walking distance, had the communal pool to ourselves almost daily, and the BBQ facilities are the best we’ve seen at Siesta Key, not to mention the superb access to the beach, the location is perfect! “The apartment was very clean and suited our purpose. Staff was good, not great. Location is great. The layout of the unit was not great-especially one of the bathrooms is right in the middle of the kitchen/living area. So if you want to take a shower in it - you have to walk by everyone in that open room. Bathrooms are designed with dark tile and the lighting is terrible-especially for women trying to get ready for an event. No mirror in bedroom that does not have a bathroom. ”

“Location was great and super close to the beach. Property manager was very friendly and helpful at check in. Unfortunately, it was very outdated and not as clean as the pictures show. Carpets need to be replaced, floors were very dirty, a few pillows and towels were stained as well. We left a day early because of the cleanliness. It definitely needs a face lift , but the location is perfect access to the private beach. ”

“The location was great. Short walk to the beach and short walk to restaurants. The bed in the master bedroom had the biggest dip in the middle that I have ever seen. You could actually see it even when the bed was made. Furniture needs a definite upgrade. Stains on the couch. Kitchen chairs were unsteady. ”
