“We enjoyed Almost Heaven. The location is very convenient to shopping and dining. This unit has only 4 steps to get into the condo which is very helpful for seniors or those who have difficulty with steps. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. “Close to everything ”

“Perfect!!! The only drawback was the 2 queen beds. If you share with someone you sank to the middle, but alone it was fine. That was our only issue, everything else was great. Lynn goes above and beyond as a hostess for her property. It is so great with all the extras she provides. Only hope it is available for our next trip.”

“We really enjoyed this place. Very clean and easy access to a quiet beach. Plenty of room for the two of us. One downside, the couch and chair in the living area are super uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in the couch. Other than that, we really onjoued our stay. Location is great as you have plants of beaches north and south.”

“This was our 2nd stay. As always, the host was very nice to deal with and was always prompt in answering.any questions we had. Staff was friendly. Property was clean and landscaping was.well maintained. Disappointed.that swimming pool needed to be cleaned a little better from the debris and that the hottub was out of order for almost the entire.week. Overall it was a great escape from reality!”

“Our family of 4 (all adults) stayed comfortably here. The AC went out one day but was promptly repaired by the onsite maintenance staff. We were very close to the beach, which we loved, but had to drive to go out to dinner or get a drink. We didn’t realize this property was not very close to Siesta Key village. Our mistake. On site staff friendly and helpful.”

“This two bedroom, two bath condo was beautiful, right on the beach. It is very well maintained. Check in and out were very well communicated and simple to follow. The Davenports are great hosts. The property was a couple miles out of Siesta Key Village, but the free trolley was accessible all day and evening, and would pick you up at marked locations, or hailed anywhere from Turtle Beach back up to the Village on Midnight Pass Road. “Lovely apartment, beautiful views, just across from the beach. A lovely welcome touch of a bottle of wine, nachos and salsa. A short walk to the shops and restaurants. Although we had no hot water during our 3 days stay ( cold showers are not too bad on a hot day) the owner tried to rectify it whilst we were there and gave us a refund for it. Would definitely come again and recommend”

This would have been helpful when opening the door to alarms 🚨 going off, and to only find, we had to disengage the front door alarm at each entry & exit. Note; the garage is located on the backside on a tiny road. The house seemed pretty clean but floors & couches could use a deep clean, maybe even air fresheners in the house. Kitchen...

“Trevlig rum nära stranden. Rent och kontinuerlig städning. Frukost finns inte på hotellet, men bra frukost/brunchställe i närheten. Negativt dock att det var svårt att hitta en lämplig plats på stranden om man inte ville hyra strandstolar. Stranden för övrigt fantastisk. ”
