“We loved our stay at this cozy little cottage. It was very clean, quiet and simply perfect. The Host was wonderful, easy to work with and prompt in communication. The Island was amazing, and we can't wait to visit again soon!”

We did not have a vehicle and it was very dark in that area for walking thru after dark to get to our place. Several great places within a short walking distance. VRBO was great to deal with for planning our long weekend girls get-a-way for 3 generations.”

“Right across the street from Beach 7 and only two blocks from all the shops and restaurants. The cottage was very nice, extremely clean (didn't see a single bug, which is rare in FL), and comfortable for the two of us. We made good use of the available beach chairs, umbrella, and bikes, and appreciated the outside shower to clean off after beach outings. Owner was very responsive. “Close to beach and private ”

“Absolutely perfect place to stay in Siesta Key. The studio was absolutely spotless, well equipped, cosy and comfortable. Inn premises was in nice condition, heated pool, grill, furniture, all worked really good. Close to the wonderful beach, and also close to the Village, with restaurants and shops. Paige and Gabe was soo nice to us, almost as old friends.”

“My sister and I stayed here while in town celebrating our Mom's 90th birthday. Linda was an excellent host and so friendly. We loved watching the wild peacocks on the property. The location is very private, beautiful, and so relaxing. We definitely plan to stay here again! Annette”

“This is a great place to stay for a couple; the house is small but cozy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. This is more like a 4.5 star rating. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star review: bathroom shower was incredibly small. Also the towel rack needed to be screwed in tighter, it was starting to come off the wall. Bathroom could also use a new paint job. The coffeemaker likely needs replacing..the inside of the reservoir looked pretty bad....

“This place is small Compared to the pictures. I had no issues with the place accept we had to leave two days early and couldn’t get a refund and the air conditioning filters had to be cleaned before we even turned it on. Other than that perfect location beach access is a 1 min walk it’s perfect.”

“This VRBO was 10/10! This location is right across the street from the beach, and walking distance to the best restaurants (wicked cantina, gulf shore cafe, daquiri deck) & the AMOB pier! “The location is outstanding - directly across from the public beach. House was well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Only issues were the mattresses in both bedrooms were too soft for our liking. A firmer mattress and the use of a box spring would have made definitely raised our rating. In addition, the internet was sporadic. A few times during the 14 days, the router would disconnect leaving us with internet or TV for 20-30 minutes at at time.”

“Amazing stay for Spring break 2024. Your cottage was absolutely perfect and we had an amazing time exploring all of beautiful AMI. Loved watching the sunset from the rooftop and having our morning coffee on the back deck. Boys loved the outdoor shower and everything about your cottage was perfect! We can’t wait to come back! Perfect location in all the action. Loved the bike path over to Longboat key and Beer Can Island was such a gem. Thank you for an amazing time. Cheers!!!”

“My wife and I absolutely loved this property. Perfect location a block from the beach, easy walk to St. Armand's Circle, clean and quiet, made the best use of its space. Host also provided some beach accessories, which was very much appreciated. Communication with host and check-in process were perfect. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“This cottage is what old Florida was when we were kids. A great little escape for a local. Very well updated inside, so comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked you will not need a thing. And plenty of beach towels and several chairs to take down to the sand. The beach was so private and quiet. Loved the little deck out back as well for extra living space. Easy to get to Publix for all your sundries and grilling needs to use on the two available grills out back. Also the unit was back...

“Trevlig rum nära stranden. Rent och kontinuerlig städning. Frukost finns inte på hotellet, men bra frukost/brunchställe i närheten. Negativt dock att det var svårt att hitta en lämplig plats på stranden om man inte ville hyra strandstolar. Stranden för övrigt fantastisk. ”
