“The location of the property couldn’t be any better. Steps from the beach which included beach loungers. Easy walking distance to downtown Bradenton Beach. The place was spacious and very clean. Had everything you might need including lots of towels and beach towels. It was extremely relaxing. Will definitely return with any future trips to the area.”

“We came to Sarasota to celebrate my MIL’s 95th birthday. She resides at the Sarasota Bay club which is .6m from the property so it was very convenient. We found the property to clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the AC worked well and the exterior was well lighted at night.”

“My husband and I enjoyed a two-week stay at this home in Longbeach Village. The home was as pictured with everything needed to make our stay hassle free. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and close to the beach and a small shopping center with several great places to eat. It would have been helpful to have an information sheet with instructions on how to use the TV, days of trash pick up, and local suggestions. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and would come back again.”

“This property was spectacular! Very clean and well equipped for my family to have a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. We rented a boat and kept it on the dock for a couple days. We appreciated all the amenities the owner had available at the house (coolers, beach chairs, pool toys, etc.). Our family likes to cook in and the kitchen was well equipped and we especially appreciated the gas grill!! Host was an excellent communicator. We hope to be back!!”

“Great Property, Perfect location! Pool and backyard are one of the nicest we’ve encountered on AMI. Walkable to every thing. Bean Point access at the end of the street. Rod & Reel Pier is very close by. Extremely well stocked. It could use a few extra bath towels (only 4 provided for 4 people). Would definitely stay again.”

“We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to house. The cleaning crew was finishing up and we asked if we could sit poolside. Yes! We used the restroom and hung outside while they finished. Our groceries got delivered and we settled in for wonderful week! Our upstairs neighbors were wonderful and sharing the pool and back yard was easy. Would love to come back!!!”

“I rented this entire house for my sons wedding on Anna Maria Island. Giving 5 stars for this place feels like an injustice. The location is perfect-a short walk to watch the sunrise on the bay or the sunset from the beach. Plenty of parking, but who needs a car when there’s a free trolley right out your door to take you anywhere on the island. No need to pack for the beach. This property provides anything you would ever need, from chairs to towels to beach toys, and a wagon to load it all in....

“This house has plenty of space and is well supplied. They have a washer and dryer available for use with detergent provided which is super helpful. The pool looked very nice but we didn’t have time to try it. Owners were extremely responsive. A previous guest clogged the tub and they came right out to fix it. The only thing warranting the 4 for cleanliness is the floors were very sticky and the counters were greasy. I’m guessing it’s cleaner residue but was unpleasant. Overall a very good stay.”

“The location and views were incredible! It was so great being right on the beach and it was easy to walk everywhere. Unfortunately the house is a little tired, the refrigerator should be replaced as the door doesn’t close well, the shower head in the primary bathroom should be replaced and the pillows/mattresses need updating. Again, the location and views are stunning and we had the best time playing on the beach and in the water all day, but for the expensive cost per night, we were...
