“The privacy lock was broken on our door, and they did not fix it. The air conidiation did not work and the room got hot during the night. The facility was dark and needed cleaning. It was so bad we had to cancel our next night and move to a new hotel. There were bugs in the other room where my daughter and grandchildren stayed. We had to change rooms with them because the kids could not sleep on the pull-out bed because of the bugs. Also, that room had a very bad smell the worst I have seen in a...

“Rent & modernt hotell med toppenläge i Plano. Fräscht industriellt rum och närhet till allt från mat & shopping. Frukosten var dock sådär, smalt utbud och inte särskilt god. Vi bad om att få vårt rum städat 3 ggr utan att någon kom så det slutade med att vi fick gå till receptionen hela tiden för att be om nya handdukar och toapapper vilket drar ner helhetsbetyget. ”

“Check in was at 3pm and we arrived at 4pm and they didn’t have our room ready. We had to wait an hours for them to clean it. They told is it would be 15mins to clean but ended up being an hour. After a 5 hours drive there, we were pretty tired. ”
