This was an amazing place! The view was spectacular and so nice to sit out on the terrace both morning and night. Many amenities inside and out. We don’t do much cooking, but it had many items to do so if you wish. There were beach towels, sand chairs, a sun umbrella, cooler and beach mat that we used quite a bit. Also snorkel gear! Communication was wonderful! The suite was available early and this was relayed to us the day of check in which was very nice. Very clean and great location! Would highly recommend this for your stay in Kauai!

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days for our honeymoon. This is a basement unit so there will be people above you. We luckily had a white noise machine to block some of the noise from the people staying above us. The kitchen is very limited

Ideal location, beautiful view

This studio is beautifully appointed. The view over the bay is gorgeous and the sound of crashing waves on the rocks below is a wonderful background sound for a great night of sleep on a super comfy mattress. A five minute walk takes you to an elevator down to the level of a perfect swimming beach. Great restaurants at the adjacent Marriott resort but the unit is located centrally in Lihue so that you can easily drive to other activities, sights and good eating options around the island. We had a couple of glitches (with the washer/dryer and wifi) but Lisa was immediately available by email and worked to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

Great place

The property is beautiful and quite unique. It was quiet, had a great view and the location was perfect for us. We highly recommend this unique property. The only thing missing was ice so I suggest you pick some up if you're looking to make yourself an icy drink upon arrival!

Just finished our amazing stay at Breathtaking Oceanfront Suite! I would rate this place 10/10 on everything! Lisa goes above and beyond to making your trip easy and unforgettable! She does all the little things…LOTS of beach gear, tide pods, and the list goes on. The central location is perfect for exploring all areas on the island. And the view is unforgettable with the amazing lanai. This has been by far our favorite VRBO! Don’t waste anymore time looking for the perfect rental…this is it!!

Kalapaki Bay Suite

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful suite overlooking Kalapaki Bay. It is just as the pictures convey inside and out - beautiful condition and everything you need for your vacation. The floor to ceiling windows and large deck provide a magnificent view of the beach, bay and mountains as well as surfers and seals. Access to the beach and the Marriott restaurants was an added treat. The location was perfect to see the entire island. What an incredible hideaway! And the hosts were kind and most helpful.

Amazing View

Loved this spacious suite! We had everything we needed and loved the modern amenities! The whole wall opens to the outdoors! The bed was super comfy and towels were thick, new, and smelled so good! So many fun beach toys and chairs, unfortunately we didn’t have time to use them! Would highly recommend! The only thing missing was some ice and maybe a larger garbage can! Walked to Hualanis for an excellent dinner with a gorgeous view! Hope to visit again soon!

Hidden Gem!

We loved seeing here for a week. It’s was centrally locally to go to the north or south side of the island. We loved being able to walk to the nearby beach and restaurants. The hosts were accommodating with check in and checking out. We loved the beach equipment that we could borrow and the home was clean and spacious. The view was incredible! Highly recommend this spot if you’re planning an upcoming trip to Kauai!

Amazing place! Very modern decor with everything we could have asked for. Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with an amazing shower, lots of beach equipment and the view over Kalapaki Bay was beautiful. The only thing I could have asked for was more time to enjoy it all! We both highly recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Prefect Getaway On The Cliff

Our family booked their time share in the Marriott so my wife and I booked this place so we could be a short walk from them. The place is perfect for two people looking for central hub to explore the island from. The finish is modern and bedroom opens to a beautiful lanai where we often enjoyed a cold beverage at sunset. Look forward to returning here again next year.

Amazing

Sitting on a balcony overlooking a bay in shorts at midnight, a 12 foot tall sliding glass door that opens across the entire wall, a nespreso coffee maker, beautiful interior design, and a garage next to the front door with a full sized refrigerator, washer and dryer, beach toys, umbrella, ice chest, and beach towels. It doesn’t get much better than this. Costco, many good restaurants, and the airport all within 3 miles. We had an amazing time!
